    Povetkin stops Flores mis rounds, but this is a way better fight than that hammer debacle.

    I hope the Hammer fight does get finalised, he needs that mandatory spot because there's no way on hell he's getting a voluntary shot, and at his age the sooner he gets mandatory status the better. Sasha has the talent to hang with the best in this division and I think it would be a shame if the best trinket he has to show at the end of his career is the WBA's tier two regular belt.

    Opponent makes little difference to Povetkin, he stops both.

    And not just H2H. He may well be the more formidable p4p fighter.

    I really don't want to see this fight. Ryabinsky should at least get Ustinov or Schwarz if Hammer won't take it.

    Whats wrong with these dumb fights ? Povetkin has no time to waste with such fights anymore.

    What is the point for Povetkin to climb rankings and wait for mandatory spot in some of the organizations rankings when in fact he is gonna be 41-42 by then and will be busted for Peds again probably ? [And that comes from Povetkin big fan]

    Irrelevant. He's still leagues better and more proven than Flores, especially at HW. Put the bowl down and think before posting man.
