Thats a fight i would like to see, a very good matchup.

If a prime Chuvalo would have been there in Povetkin´s time, i am very confident to say he would have be a HW champ like Povetkin was (WBA).

Chuvalo only had no luck to have Ali, Frazier and Foreman in his time.

Would Chuvalo win a UA? Or Povetkin?
Would Chuvalo KO Povetkin like AJ did?
Povetkin via KO would never happen.

I pick Chuvalo via late stoppage or UD.

    It is very close!
Povetkin is durable guy and not easy to be KOed.
On the other hand Chuvalo even when could win find a way to screw everything!
None of them had punching power to knock each other and It would be UD except Chuvalo pound his body sp much but Chuvalo even knowing he is a strong guy couldn't take glass jaw LHW Patterson and glass jaw old Cleveland Williams!
My pick is Povetkin by UD except Chuvalo pound his body too much!

I would expect Povetkin to win very convincingly.

Chuvalo was not unlucky to share an era with Ali, Frazier and Foreman, because he was not beating the best of the rest!

Povetkin is one of the better fighters never to hold the lineal heavyweight title.

I suspect it would be an awesome fight with lots of infighting. Povetkin is the classier fighter with quicker hands and better technique, he'd get the better of the exchanges and win a decision.

Povetkin better skilled, more pop, better quicks... I suspect he gets George in trouble several times but it goes the distance. A convincing win.

Povetkin is probably a boarder line hall of fame fighter. Look--at his age he was getting to Joshua. In his prime, he might be better than anything we have today.

I am not a better, but I'd put money on Povetkin beating Chuvalo. Sasha is just so well rounded and in his physical prime he had a hell of an engine.

This post is so spot on, Chuvalo overrated, Pov underrated, easy, easy points win.
