Alexander Povetkin vs. George Foreman

Povetkin was able to out-speed AJ before being stopped, so he would slip and counter George a lot better than Stewart did he`s also a lot more skilled than Morrison was.

 

George by TKO.

 

Povetkin survives a few scary moments, maybe even getting up off the deck and outboxes George to a UD. It would look similar to the Morrison fight but I think Alexander would sting him a bit more not because he hit harder than Tommy, but those quick sneaky counters. Especially to the body.

Prime Povetkin possibly stops George with an accumulation of nasty shots. Busts him up and the doctor steps in.

 

I went with Foreman by decision because I accidentally pressed that option when I went to choose Foreman by KO.

 

Anyone picking povetkin to beat George Foreman because he beat dillian Whyte needs their head examined

 

I want to give Povetkin all the credit that he is due, for his magnificent win on Saturday, but his last few performances looked weak.

Michael Hunter beat him in my opinion, and even David Price had him in difficulty.

I think that the 40 year old Foreman was operating at a higher level.

Yes there`s no way a 41 year old Foreman would have had the speed to out-point Povetkin.

 

What could the older Foreman do that Whyte can`t? Foreman showed good savvy setting Moorer up for that right hand when they fought but he ww slow as hell by that point.

 

Much better durability?

 

I’m giving George a TKO win late. But he’d take a beating along the way.. whyte nearly had Povetkin out the other day

 

Add chin, power, jab, experience.

Finish a hurt opponent
Use his jab more effectively
Box better
Hit harder
Not get knocked out

Older Foreman was better than Whyte in every measurable way
