Pov would beat him easy. Ruiz might have held his own with Valuev, but Povetkin is a lot faster/more skilled. Povetkin has had it pretty tough because he's had to fight a lot of quick guys with good handspeed. Ruiz is slow.
I'll echo the majority sentiment and predict a moderate to wide UD by Povetkin over the utterly insipid Quiet Man.
Maybe it was the indolence of contemporary Americans that rendered ineffective Atlas' incessant rantings about discipline and his general folk psychology. With a dedicated, earnest Russian pupil under his tutelage, I expect Atlas to return to the top of the training ranks!
Good point. In all seriousness though I would take Povetkin by decision with the outside chance of a very late TKO, 11th or 12th round.
