Chakhkiev is the aggressor but walking into a steady flow of counter jabs and 1-2s as Silgado drifts casually around the ring, preserving distance to fully extend both arms down into Chakhkiev's dome. Body swipes by Chakhkiev having limited success. 1st to Chakhkiev, next Silgado.

Chakhkiev is sticking the right jab and lunging in with upward-arcing right hooks from the hip, reaching in with straight lefts as Silgado jumps backward. Chakhkiev is putting up the 1-2 and scraping the neck of Silgado while left jabs bounce off his nose. Lots of body lunges by Chakhkiev leaning straight in, Silgado tilting outside and countering in sprays of light straights with a relaxed poise.

Round 4

Chakhkiev is working the southpaw 1-2 in under the elbows of Silgado and walking him down. High right hooks and looping lead lefts swatted from below by Chakhkiev, not quite reaching target as Silgado pulls his spine rearward, off-axis just enough but also not snapping back in a timely enough manner to plant many of his straight counters as Chakhkiev remains very low under the line of fire while coming forward.

Round 5

Chakhkiev is flicking his right jab out, backhanded while keeping his shoulders and head drawn back, stretched tight and eluding the counter jabs trickled down by Silgado on the backfoot. Left crosses begin to slam home on the upper part of the skull for Chakhkiev. Silgado begins to clinch as Chakhkiev mows him down. Chakhkiev rag dolls his way free and repeatedly bashes in with the 1-2, frequently catching Silgado on the jaw backing straight up.
