    Dropped Olympic gold medalist, world amateur gold and bronze medalist, and 2 x European amateur champion Egor Mekhontsev and gave him a real hard fight, lost a close and tough one against 16-0 Vasily Lepikhin. Bivol blew him out in one-sided fashion in just his 5th pro outing.

    Damn really? What happened to Mekhontsev he looked like such a beast at the start. I've not seen much of him lately, it seems he's often in the non-TV part of the undercard, wish he signed with Ryabinski.

    I don't know. I'm sure him being signed with Arum isn't helping. He's never been off his feet before AFAIA and he's obviously fought at the highest level and had great success up at HW in the ams too against naturally bigger men.

    Yeah I wish all these top Russians would sign with Ryabinski.
