You can't really disagree with a cuts stoppage. It comes whenever it comes; there can be 2 seconds left.

It wasn't like Povetkin was flurrying and the ref waved it off despite Wach standing and defending himself. They determined Wach's face had taken enough damage that another two minutes' worth of it would be pointless, given that he wasn't even in the fight.

Even if no Wilder or Wlad fight happens I want to see Povetkin against someone who can actually pose a threat, like Ortiz/Jennings winner. Andy Ruiz could be good as well.

My problem with Povetkin is that his attacks are too predictable. I hope he beats Wilder but I'm not totally convinced about it.

This is outragous. Wach was a head by two points on all judges score cards, and Povetkin will probably retire instead of giving Wach a rematch.

Another really good performance by Povetkin. Wach's chin is amazing definitely the best at the weight or in all of boxing really given that he's a HW. The funny thing is despite the savage pounding Wach took against Wlad he wasn't really marked up at all at the end, IIRC.

Maybe he is, but EVERYONE knew the fight would play out exactly as it did, outside of the very late stoppage.

Sasha was supposed to completely outbox Wach and win pretty much every round and he did.

Now onto bigger and better things
