This is a good fight, I'll definitely look forward to this.

 

Excellent fight. Povetkin nearing the belt and ultimately the Wlad rematch.

Unfortunately, this also shows how corrupt the boxing bodies (in this case WBC) are. This will be the second top 10 fighter in a row Povetkin has to face (in addition to fringe contender Charr) to secure a mandatory position, while for example Wilder only had to defeat a guy who wasn't even top 20 (in a highly suspicious fight).

The WBC is perhaps hoping that Povetkin loses on his way to the belt? It would be interesting to see the WBC titlist coming to Russia to defend his belt (I doubt they could beat Povetkin's promoter on the purse bids).

Funny how Povetkin crushed a guy like Takam and has to fight a guy who lost to get a shot

before the wlad fight i use to hate POV to the max but cant hate this guy he has kicked some ass since then and doesn't plan on stopping
