Yeah, but Klitschko can box and he has significant height and reach advantages that Povetkin doesn't have.

Povetkin is a basic fighter that comes foward, doesn't move much at all, and wins his fights on attrition.

This has potential to be a *******.

    Povetkin UD.

But Peter is in it with a punchers chance.

Povetkin on points. Don't think he'll have too much of a problem here, he's been fighting a lot of fast man so Peter is going to be incredibly easy to outbox for Povetkin. He hasn't faced anybody of Peter's strength/power but I think he'll win anyway.

sam peter is a joke. if wladimir didn't ruin him, then vitali did. look at how **** he was when he lost to eddie chambers (who is average at best)! povetkin will beat him by wide UD as the plodding oaf meanders around the ring eating punches

Povetkin on points. But it would be interesting because Povetkin has not faced punchers yet. It could be a good test for him.

    Agree.
Povetkin will have to be careful, but I see him thoroughly outboxing Peter to a UD.

Skill does not matter in this fight Terry. Teddy Atlas is going to will Povetkin to victory with his between the round speeches. I wonder if Povetkin's son has a cell phone? :rofl:patsch

Power is one thing, abilitiy to land a target is a whole different ball game.

Peter would likely hit Povetkin, but Povetkin has some serious skills on his inside game, I am more than sure he would take the force off Peters punches by more than 50%. Peter has sledging power, but what does that matter when he can't deliver.

His power is also very overrated, there's bigger punchers in the heavyweight division.

What skills do you think Povetkin has on the inside?

I would feel easier for Povetkin if that one wouldn't have this habit to eat a big punch he doesn't see coming now and then. If Peter comes in a shape that allows him to throw such a fast punch like he launched Wlad with, it might provide a couple of difficult moments for Povetkin. If Peter is again ridiculously out of shape, it's of course just a sparring session.

Peter used to be very confident until Vitali knocked the confidence out of him.
