Povetkin’s PED supplier is the big winner.

He would want to double-dose for this one.

Povetkin seems better rounded and more active than Sultan imo. I think he'd take it on points.

Even though the resume is lacking I always rated Ibragimov.

Fast hands, a southpaw, good body work and a chin.

I'll be in the minority but I think Sultan wins here. Similar size, and I think Pov was a solid fighter but starting to get slightly overated.

I like Ibrag as well. I was never all that enamored w/ Povetkin.

I like Povetkin here. I was all that enamored of him. Crafty and had good pop. I don't think he'd be confused by what Sultan brought. The only guys who could beat him had to outphysical him. And that Barney Rubble looking dude ain't gonna do that.

My knee-jerk thought is that while I rate Povetkin more highly in terms of both accomplishment and H2H senses, I have a hunch that Sultan will out-move him and it will wind up being a frustratingly bad look for Alexander, where his ability to throw his potent combinations will get stifled more often than he can use them to build up points. SI, by decision.
