Lyakowich had some decent fights (2? 3?), but I still do not understand why he is one of "the only 2 HW fighters who i respect and would watch anytime".

Although he did not retire oficially, his last fight was more than year ago (and he fought only 3 times since 2005). I doubt he is in any kind of shape to be serious threat to Povetkin.

Liakovich looks washed up. Povetkin would do a real number on him.

NO not because the brewster fight.. I respect him for his style... At least he isn't a lazy plodder who looks for one punch like most current heavies. Unlike the other fatsos, he has skills and a wide aresenal of punches.

watch the briggs fight. the whole fight he was scared to death of an asthmatic wash-up.. Although he was clearly winning the fight, it was one of the worst ive seen,

You need to stop watching boxing at all, because you're simply not a fan of the sport if you don't respect any of the heavyweights except these two.

Sasha by UD or late stoppage.

You're not a purist if u think these HWs are some hot ****..

The lower division fighters are the real representatives of the sweet science.. I bet u don't even watch the smaller guys..

Yea i don't respect the current heavies and i dont watch them... I stopped watching when Lewis retired..

Casual fans are amused by the Heavies because of the sudden knockouts but there are alot more to boxing than just that.

I love the lower weight classes, I love the higher weight classes aswell.

Ofcourse a big man can't handle himself like a small man technically, because they're physically different.

I've been an intense fan since 2002, and thats saying much since I am only 20 years of age, and I am from Sweden.. where boxing simply is not big.

The level of dominance that Wladimir shows is truly amazing, the level of opposition may not be the greatest, but the way he handles himself screams for respect, if you can't respect his dominance... then go watch UFC where you can see "violence"...:tired

You've been watching boxing since 2002 and u wanna lecture me?

Ok I forget to mention Wlad but I do respect the fact that he's one of the very few heavies who always stays in shape and is dedicated to his craft.. But he's dominating in the weakest HW division ever and it's not like he's unified all the belts.. WE can call it a true domination when he beats all the top guys..

you're telling me about UFC??? :rofl Im one of the biggest UFC hater around here.. Youve been a fan since 2002.. U have no right to say things like that to me.
