Alexander put a boxing lesson on him but Floyd wasn't able to do it. Thats strange.

I know that styles make fights but PBF suppose to be a better and a more versatile boxer than Alexander. :think

Maidana improved dramatically under Garcia. He's way more savy and skilled..
Also, Alexander did hold more than Ward and Wlad combined in that fight. Ref did nothing. Played a big factor in that fight.. And also, Alexander ain't that bad. He's pretty good actually. Porter is pure greatness. Mark my words

is that what was being said ? our broadcast barely showed any corner action and what little they showed was drowned out by the crowd.

Maidonna -- completely different fighter. Plus came into the ring as a light-heavy. 168 lbs. to Floyd's 148. They are trying to get Floyd knocked off. Also tried the custom no padding glove trick.

Garcia wasnt training maidana for the alexander fight. and it was more of a wrestling match then a boxing match.

Alexander would beat Maidana 10-0 again. Maidana had problems with the southpaw stance. He couldn't square up against Alexander and land his punches. Alexander was punching back when Maidana was punching. Floyd was just covering up on the ropes.

Garcia or no Gracia, it doesn't matter. Maidana could win 2 rounds, but I doubt he wins more than that.

Floyd don't like pressure. It's a style that suits Alexander a lot better than Floyd.

I don't think so.. Put him with Alexander and we'll see him get out-boxed again.. Put him with Pacquiao and he'll probably get busted up.. Porter is a good fighter but Bradley is better in my opinion..

You are missing one huge point. Alexander did a Wlad Klitchko times a hundred in that fight. jab n grab. lead n grab. over and over again. Devon does it almost every fight, he is fairly talented and fast to be able to get off first consistently but doesnt change the fact that pretty much his defensive game is illegal.
Put him in with Maidana and a ref who knows what he is doing it will be much different. Even tonight Weeks let Floyd hold alot without any warning or deductions. Holding is not a legit defensive move, its a form of fouling. Referees need to get that straight.

Pretty much. I think Alexander would beat Maidana comfortably again in a rematch.
