All i see in this thread is some people who need to stop taking this all so seriously......The truth is Alexander and Molina fought to their strengths to get the W( although Molina didnt get it) What would you have done when a KO artist is in the ring with you and you wanted to get big fights ....money...the right wins and greatness. Simple really, you get the ****ing W and box the best way you know how to to achieve it.

 

Dude no one praises Alexander wtf you talking about? Alexanders one of the most universally hated and criticized fighter on here....either way they both clinch too much. I'd say they're both pretty damn close as far as where they rank

if the ref dont tell you to stop then you dont have to stop, you do what you have to do to get the win within the rules of course. clinching is allowed in boxing no matter if you make it ugly or pretty.monlia did what he was suppose to do and could do against kirkland, if you cant slip and slide (slick) then grab and hold (non slick).the point is you do what you have to do to get the job done.kirkland had 2 more rds to stop molina and i think he might have done it but another knock down would have won the fight for kirkland anyways going by the way the judges scored fight.

 

You ****ers need to get jobs if you are counting clinches in a fight.
