A fight with Ustinov will tell us how Fury does against someone who's around his height, and has decent pop.

Fury's fight after this should be against a tall fighter with a good jab.

Now, other than Wlad, who are some tall HWs with a good jab? :think

Good choice of opponent for boxing fans! I like this and at short notice Fury was never gonna keep everyone happy....can't really call Fury a ducker,he did want Haye and Chisora who were/are ranked as top ten, if he wins this surely the attention will turn to Wilder...

For less than a weeks notice this is a pretty good replacement, I was expecting someone like a Damon Reed caliber to step in.

Ustinov isn't the most skilled guy out there but with his size and power he's not a pushover either. He's beaten a handful of respectable journeymen over the years. He probably cracks the top 20 and would be one of Fury's better wins.

A lot of credit to Fury. He could have justifiably taken an easy fight and waited for the Chisora fight to get rescheduled. Instead he's taken on a guy who has a shot at an upset.

This is definitely a good/dangerous fight, especially for a quick replacement.

I'd enjoy seeing Alexander Ustinov KO Tyson Fury.

It would be nice to see his big arrogant mouth get shut for awhile.

Bryant Jennings in contrast to Fury is a class act. He has respect for great boxers like Wladimir Klitschko, he's always in great shape, he's not vulgar and he lets his fists do the talking in the ring.

I'll be rooting for Ustinov and Jennings on Saturday.

I'll be rooting the exact opposite :D

I hope Fury wins it so we can get a little hype going onto a fight with Wladdy, although that outcome is pretty predictable of course.
And I really hope Perez has been able to give the unfortunate aftermath of the Mago fight a place and pick up his career where he left off.

I would still laugh hard if Ustinov lands a big right and would gladly support talented Jenni if he beats Prez, but right now I'll root for Mike and Tyson (pun intended).

Most Fury haters have commended him on his guts and bravery for taking this fight and would like to see him win and feel bad for everybody pulling out on him , but you want to see him knocked out for it.

You're a disgrace to these forums and not a real boxing fan.

He won't win a round. Fury is going to look like Larry Holmes against this guy.

Ustinov is the 'light' version of Vitali. He hits a lot harder than Cunningham, Chisora and Pajkic. Chinny Fury will get KTFO
