Finally Paddypower has odds for this fight and it's just what I hoped.

Matthysse is an 11/5 underdog, definitely some money to be made here... hopefully by the weekend they will have odds up on method of victory. He should be at least 4/1 to win by KO.

If Alexander can't beat Matthysse he should quit boxing.

We'll see what happens and if he cracks under pressure like he did against Bradley.

He did get butted in the eye so lets not act as if that didn't happen. Bradley has a bad rep for butting guys in his fights. But most don't give Alexander the benefit of the doubt because they don't like him.

Maybe so but not in my case. I have no reason to like or dislike him, I think he's quite clear he wanted out. He wasn't even acting like the eye that actually got butted hurt.

Alexander got a bull**** decision against Kotelnik who is a much better fighter than Matthyse. Still that being said unless Matthyse can stop Alexander then I see another hometown decision going to the hypejob.

If Kotelnik had won his fight against Alexander (had him up by 2 rounds) then he would have fought Bradley and either won / Got a close decision / hometown loss then there would be no need for Khan - Bradley and then we could have Khan/Kotelnik 2 and let Khan move up to WW for bigger competition rather than this Bradley bollocks

If Alexander can keep boxing from the outside and not get lured into a brawl he could take the UD. Matthysee does have the power to turn the fight around with one shot, but in order for him to land that shot his opponent needs to be right in front of him.

I'm thinking Devon will take the UD at home but I like Matthysse's chances here, he's a live underdog.

It all depends on which version of Alexander shows up on Saturday night. If the Alexander from the last two fights shows up, Matthysse should win. If the Alexander from the Urango fight, who mixes in boxing with standing in and punching with authority shows up, I would favor him. If you are following the more recent trend, Matthysse would be the money guy.
