And I was just reading how Ajose is having a stay busy fight this weekend and he was ready to take on DA on this date. Far better and deserving opponent than Purdy imo.

Clever move by hearn - in his eyes it will legitimise purdy as a comeback fight for brook in september.

The majority of my posts are sarcastic, the majority of yours are fanatical, if you were talking about Islam you'd be on a government watchlist.

Well you're **** at sarcasm then.

I'll be honest...i'm half kidding with my posts too as i couldn't give two ****s about Frank or Hearn...as long as Boxnation keeps going i'll be happy. I think everyone here is probably posting tongue in cheek to some degree except Rob/Jonesy, i think he is genuinely obsessed.

Behave, you'd have to a certified ****** to take some of them seriously.

But on a serious note if Eddie hadn't done such a good job at Sky and forced Frank out then we wouldn't have had Boxnation so really Eddie has to take credit here, I'm sure you will be big enough to concede that.

By who? It was against a fighter with the same style as Murray, who did everything Murray does, but better. And I'm a big John Murray fan. Don't spout utter garbage.

Good luck to Lee it wasn't to long ago he was scrapping for Southern Area titles.

This is a dream come true for the fella. I'd rather he get the fight then Zaveck or Jackiewicz.

This does the lad no harm at all, He's not fighting someone who's going to smash him brutally to bits either he will get outboxed but he will give it a right go and have some success. He's also a mature guy who will come to win unlike others from these shores who showed up looking to take minimal damage.

Good to see someone agrees with me mate. Good luck to Purdy. If he can pull it off then Jesus Christ what a great win it will be for British boxing. If he can't then oh well, no harm done.

There is a difference between Purdy fighting Alexander and Lockett/Jennings fights in the United States.

Again, Murray had a full training camp and Rios was hardly this unbeatable fighter. Had Murray not just stood right infront of Rios for 11 rds and given him some movement like Alvarado did he would have done alot better so just came in with bad tactics. Of cause he was the underdog in the fighter but it was still one he could have pulled off the win.
