Both guys criminally underrated on here and two of the top 5 guys in the divison. Really looking forward to this rematch, can't believe the odds the bookies are giving on Povetkin as I view this as 50/50 fight.

By some but Depends on which posters. When you have posters on here claiming Ortiz, Wallin are better than Povetkin or a prime Stiverne and Arreola would have beaten him then that's doing Povetkin a great injustice and undderrating him in my opinion. Just look at Povetkin vs Wilder thread, Povetkin is rightfully leading the poll (or at least he was the last time I looked( but it's much closer than it should be.

Also the narrative that he is totally spent. In decline? Certainly but not shot. Povetkin is still certianly a dangerous fighter that posses a threat to any in the division as proven in his performances against Whyte, Hunter (although I had Hunter winning) and Hughie.

Sasha beats those guys 100 per cent your spot on

I do think he is shot though, his skill and expertise got him through the last fight

Sashas done. Want him to win, and Whyte is next door to Wilder when it comes to being overated, but Povetkins over the hill and been really ill.

Would **** myself if he sparks him out though.

    Who's the Donkey now ?

I think Povetkin stands a better chance of beating Wilder TBH. His style will worry Wilder more.

I can only see one outcome if Whyte fights Wilder.

Old work horse gets a middle round KO and could be a body shot this time.

    This is over under 7

He is old, long ago over the hill.

I will openly tell, if someone will post that Whyte had beated up in shape prime Povetkin, I will post that Holmes in 1980 th had beated up prime and in shape Ali and therefore exposed him as bad boxer ect casual things fans are typing when old boxers are defeated. Ali was 38 in 1980 th. Must had been in better shape than Pov when he was 39 and 40 before covid. No excuses for EE fighters and no age there , then no excuses for anyone. No age for anyone.
And I will do this with at least of 6 other western boxers too, because age for a lot of ppl here does not matters anything.

My gut feeling is Whyte stops him this time.

Had him down twice last time and Povetkin is likely in worse health now than he was last year.

Nothing in boxing would make me happier than Povetkin knocking out Whyte again.

But I think Whyte will likely win this time, being younger, bigger and stronger. And Povetkin's recent bout with Covid-19 may have weakened him.

I mean, we never really know until we see them in the ring, but Povetkin doesn't look any older, weaker or whatever. Contrary to that, he looks actually fresher from what I saw of the short public workout. Whyte looks fresh too. Will be an interesting fight for sure. I wonder if there will be any hand shake this time, lol.
