possibly...and the only reason I say that is, he's taken flush shots from marcos maidana and lamont peterson, but that shot was picture perfect, and may have knocked him clean out.
Khan. i agree with some people saying this is a closer fight than some think because Alexander is gonna be pretty damn good at 147. I'd like to see Alexander vs Kell Brook i don't care much for Devon's style.. but he deff fights the best out there.. just like Maidana, Khan and Ortiz i respect that not like other boxers.. two diff examples.. Brook and Berto
possibly. . but that uppercut would NEVER land on Khan. . He doesn't come in face first like that. . . He's an outside boxer. . He's longer, rangier, faster, and hits harder than Alexander. . Honestly, the fight would look similar to Malignaggi/Khan. . .
Can't say much till we actually see Khan at 147. But going by their Kotelnik fights, Khan wins an easy decision. He picks Devon apart from outside and mid-range; and Devon's never faced someone with comparable handspeed yet alone someone who is faster. Devon isn't much of a an inside fighter and doesn't have the length to close the distance. Maidana has never been the same since the Khan and Morales fights so I don't think it's fare to base off that. Devon looked worse vs Mattyse than Khan did vs Maidana.
I need to see Khan perform at Welter first before I rate him, but as of now Devon's looked pretty sharp at 147 its 50/50 imo
Khan, hes faster and aggressive. Alexander is a counter puncher which stylistically shouldnt.bother Khan. Devon doesnt have the power to stop Khan from doing what he wants. Devon would need to bring something new to the table to win this one. The crap about him being a better fighter at 147 is bs. He's the same fighter. He avoided the right hand from Maidana but that could be because Chino had no jab to set up the right and was sluggish with the added weight. By the way, this is not a fight i would want to see. There are much more intriguing fights out there for these two.
