    Khan got this UD..

Khan needs to watch out for Alexander's uppercuts, but should outwork Alexander and win most of the rounds.

Don't worry, Alexander was carefully selected because he has a belt and a poor KO ratio, pretty much how/why Kotelnik was selected. This is good news nevertheless, looks like Khan is looking to grab a belt before securing a major payday against Mayweather and beating Alexander would surely give him the ticket to earn that payday.

In the interests of boxing i hope Khan wins.

Devon has very little talent and one of the most boring styles i have seen since John Ruiz.

This will be close to a 50:50 fight, I can see it splitting opinion. Winner will probably either get Brook or Mayweather. I think Khan is provisionally penciled in for one of Mayweather's 4 remaining fights.

2013 has been a very good year of boxing

Khan should win, could be a few shaky moments but he will win and this will set up a Mayweather fight in England if he beats Canelo..

pointless fight in the grand scheme of things. Khan being coddled and entitled and fighting a guy with a trinket belt and a 56% KO rate :rofl:patsch

Just put him in there with Matthysse or Thurman and get it over with.

I don't see how this fight is any closer to being made. Both were willing to fight a monh ago, but disagreed on the venue. Maybe there were so breakthroughs. I'm optimisic

    Pay that 56% no mind.

    Alexander's uppercut will improve that.

Maybe I was being harsh it isn't a terrible fight just not something that jumps out at me as "wow I can't wait to see it" and god forbid this is all Khan has to do to fight Mayweather he would get systematically taken apart and knocked out as fast as Ortiz did.

I think if that is the plan it's going to backfire. Alexander may not rate on the Mayweather or even Bradley level, but it's become fashionable among top British welterweights harboring world title aspirations to bandy his name as possibly being the gateway - and ever since they began to be discussed I've picked Alexander by KO in both the Brook and Khan match-ups.
