For starters he handily beat the guy that made Alexander look like a hype job.

I wish Bradley would fight Khan.Throw that looping wide hooks son. let's see what happen.KHAN is quick enough to time that shite and pop that big roided head.

I think Alexander would beat Khan, I haven't changed my opinion based on last night. I will say after last night, I think it would be much closer than I may have anticipated. I respect Kahn, and I think he's a really good fighter, and would be a tough matchup for anyone in the division. I have stated in other threads, I think the difference between Kotelnik and the other possible fights for Alexander is that the good punches that Kotelnik blocked (which limited his offense and had him working at a snails pace and eventually lost him the fight IMO), would put Kahn in a difficult situation. Does he focus that much on trying to defend himself and negatively impact his offense, or does he not defend himself to the degree that Kotelnik did and leave himself open to some of those strong punches that Kotelnik blocked get through? If punches start to get through how does that impact the strategy of an Alexander opponent such as Kahn? I'm not going to insult the man's chin, that's become cliche' at this point, but Alexander can punch and when he starts having some real success how does that change Kahn's approach, how does it change DA's approach? I don't think that any of the other 140 guys would be as patient and defensively oriented as Kotelnik was last night. Hence I see a different fight, and one in which I think Alexander comes out on top, just one mans opinion.

You can add me to that list, as I think Judah is as good as anyone in this division. I'm not saying I think he would beat them all, but he has the goods to compete with any and a win over Judah would be a great win for any of these cats, IMO.

    Alexander still wins.

Khan won't be able to absorb the punishment the way Kotelnik did. Alexander TKO 9

So this is the case with Kahn, but one bad night for Alexander and now he's an over-rated hype job who will get destroyed by Amir Kahn, that seems logical.

    :rofl:patsch

Absorb what? He missed over 80% of his shots on a guy who isn't even elusive. Haha.

Did you watch the fight? Alexander was getting his shots in too, especially in the first half of the fight.

 at you clowns running around here claiming that it was a near shutout win for Kotelnik.

"117-111 Kotelnik!!" give me a ****ing break. :verysad

    you dont understand

a slick, black, strong, athletic counterpuncher(LOL AT PIMP C CALLING ALEXANDER A COUNTERPUNCHER) will magically land on the slow, glass jawed, pillowfisted brown khan.

    :deal

It's stuff like this that makes Kahn the joke he is on this forum. I just made a post no longer than 20 seconds ago in which I said "I won't insult his (Kahn's) chin because it's become cliche'", then when I read your post I wanted to get the picture of him asleep in his corner and point out how brutal and savage he is, and what a "unique speciman" he is. On Kahn's "worst day" he was put to sleep by fringe contender/journeyman, on Alexander's "worst day" he won a UD over a former world champion, so I'll take my chances with Devon.

Style's make fights, I think Alexander is better coming forward than going back. I still think he'd knock Khan out.

Thanks for the analysis, "not elsuive", yeah no **** but he was turtled up with his hands over his head for 3/4 of the fight, the other 1/4 he looked great don't get me wrong, but I don't see Kahn standing with his hands over his face for the majority of the fight and if he doesn't and Alexander is landing some of those punches, I believe it would be a different fight, but that's just me.

pre fight i thought alexander was the next big thing in the 140 division, and would have fancied his chance vs khan.

after seeing the kotelnik fight i just cant forget how easily khan beat him, and how much devon struggled. so i would now favour khan.
