Alexander vs Maidana in talks for March!

    Interesting fight if it comes off. Alexander is skilled, but I cant see anyone at 140 having an easy time with Maidana.

    the maidana who showed up to fight kotelnik is not the same maidana who beat up and demoralized vicious victor. nevertheless, I see devon alexander using his boxing skills to frustrate and beat maidana. if alexander decides to stand and trade though, he's going down hard if his chin is even the slightest bit questionable

    I would go with Alexander by wide UD. I think he would be smart and outbox Maidana, basically what Ortiz was supposed to do and was doing for that fight until he got dumb and decided to trade with Maidana.
