    Back to back.

1st Kotelnik gets robbed at Alexanders home town.
2nd He bitches his way out when things get tough vs Bradley.

both completely correct. even kevin cunningham walked up to Kotelnik and told him he won the fight

and the pure quitagge v bradley, although tim does head butt constantly was pretty embarassing, really seemed like he was looking for a way out

This guy was meant to be the new Ray Leonard? Give me a break

He's a good kid just not a very good boxer, I don't get the hate. So he got some hype and gift, but still faced Witter, Urango, Kotelnik, Bradley and now KO artist Mattysse. The Argentinean is EXACTLY the fighter who can get rid of him so give Devon some credit for taking on him while Bradley pussied out of the Khan fight.

Stylistically Alexander is to be favored here, works very fast behind the 1-2 and Lukas doesn't have Kotelnik's D or Bradley's movement so he'll have to fight his way in and that's how Urango got knocked out. As always, the fighter who recently lost is not nearly as bad as people make him out to be, though Mattysse is one of the more skilled boxer-punchers around, I love every part of this match-up.

Devon is terrible to watch and i don't rate him very highly. Saying that; someone like Matthsye should be perfect for him so i still think he wins

Got a feeling Alexander would have handled Maidana better, Matthysse has better fundamentals than Marcos but with the same seek & destroy mentality. Devon loses again in this one for me.

My point was not to underrate (or hate) him because he lost or got a gift, he's a very capable boxer, just not world class.

BTW you really believe fairy tales like he had 310 amateur fights when he turned pro at 17? Come on.

Matthysse will knock Alexander in second half of the fight. He is slowstarter, works early mostly to body and Alexander doesn't have stamina and expirience of tough 12rds, well he had fight with Kotelnik but that was blatant robbery and he barely could stand in last round.

He fought exclusively in the US and didn't compete on an International level so that doesn't mean a whole lot. Jason Estrada was 3X United States amateur SHW champion and he's exactly that...American level.

and Kotelnik is feather fisted. Matthysse has power and is a very good body puncher as you noted.
