Alexis Arguello has a great Style

Arguello, Louis, Lopez, Marquez. All cut from the same cloth.

 

Excellent fighter. A true great. He reminded me of a cobra waiting to strike: He's out there not looking particularly threatening then BAM! - fight over. He had amazing fluidity and was just an all-round polished performer.

 

Great style Always had his hands up, and got great leverage behind his punches. Very poised as well.

 

One thing that always comes to mind when I think of Alexis, He never missed a punch.

 

Arguello threw every punch perfect, was a stupendous body puncher, superbly accurate, and an all around class act. The left hook that nearly decapitated Escalara in the second fight is underrated as one of the best knockouts of all time. Could someone more tech savvy put up a clip?
