Arguello at the peak of his powers vs Olivares at the peak of his. Who would win if they were at the same weight,

I think that they r close and hard 2 sort between them .
Since I clearly have Castillo > Herera > Olivares

In their youth Olivares only lost 2 good fighters , whereas Arguello was stopped by less good fighters .

Olivares actually did much better against Chacon , 4 some reason , and then against Ramirez as well .

IDK who should b ranked higher h2h nor p4p between these 2 .

Of what i read n old , worn Olivares was leading on d scorecards until a much bigger and younger Arguello eventually stopped him , but i do not think highly of scorecards , especially not other ppl's .

So maybe Olivares should b ranked higher ?

I think that Arguello's best wins (Mancini and i 4got whom else currently) may b better than Olivares' .

But Arguello's losses were worse .

Arguello was at the peak of his powers when they met in '74. He was a pro for 6 years was 22 years old, having his 40th fight and had been in the ring against Ernesto Marcel, Jose Legra, Art Hafey, Famoso Gomez and Valentin Galeano. Moreover, he had every physical advantage over Olivares in height and reach and still managed to get his ass kicked for 12 rounds and a bit before Olivares walked into a left hook. I saw the fight and believe me Arguello took a drubbing before that punch landed. PFP against a younger Olivares, Ruben takes it.
