Yeah, everyone did that with my theories about Ricardo Lopez. I was mocked for years for saying he wasn't one of the upper echelon greats even in the lower weights classes let alone P4P. Accused of being a 'hater' and not clued up with all those amazing straw's he battered.

And then when McGrain's top 100 thread comes up Lopez barely gets a mention while Canto, Chang, Perez all make the cut :bart

Joe Brown is one of the most impressive out fighter on film imo. He had quick hands and a bit of pop to force respect.

Would be interesting seeing Brown rack up points whilst arguello tries to cut the ring off and break him down.

    Brown on points for me.

Arguello could win. Though I don't favour him. :!:

Yeah but McGrain has Ray Leonard over Mickey Walker and Barney Ross. And not a single.Scottish fighter. He's gone mad.

    Lopez> Chang

    Okay I'm not that influential.

Chang beat up Yuh in sparring. Lopez gets battered in sparring :tong ;)

Call me mad, but i'd love to see Arguello vs Shane Mosley at 135.

It's a slight exaggeration. Slight. But he was a big dammed lightweight.
