    Acquinity Sports inks Alexei Collado

Unbeaten super bantamweight Alexei Collado (15-0, 14 KOs) has signed a long term promotional contract with Acquinity Sports. The 24-year-old Cuban prospect has developed his professional career in Ireland. Collado told his promoter Henry Rivalta that the contract made him very happy and that very soon he will be in the USA. At 5’11, Collado is very tall for a 122 pounder. He presently lives in Ireland and is managed by Patrick Thomas who executed the agreement with Rivalta. Rivalta said that Collado could make his U.S. debut on the next Acquinity Sports event in December. “It was a good negotiation with Patrick Thomas, he is a real professional. We are anxious to work with Alexei, he is a hard working young man who will fit in to our program very nicely. We know he will be embraced by the Cuban fans and no doubt will make an impact in the division,” stated Rivalta.

Hopefully Mike Perez and the supermiddleweight cuban who is based in Ireland but whose names escapes me does the same thing.

I wish the could get fights in Ireland, but clearly they cant.

And their careers are going nowhere here.

Nice record there. How would you describe his fighting style?

acquinity is huge in south florida. I have seen a few of their cards. Joan Guzman is signed to them as well.

I can't get too excited - they hold a lot of small cards packed with Cubans, get one or two FNF cards a year, but most of their fighters' careers have stagnated.

I've seen only one fight of him.Decent fundamentals, still young to learn.
5.9 sounds more reasonable. Def. not 5.11
