Yeah Cotto is more accomplished at welterweight too ... he won a vacant belt beating Quintana ... defended it against Oktay Urkal ... beat Judah and Mosley.

Oh yeah he's waaaaaaay more accomplished considering that Floyd beat the universally recognized champion/ring magazine champion/ WBC title holder in Baldomir, beat the former undisputed champion Zab Judah, Reigning LWW champion Ricky Hatton who was undefeated and a champion, then Capped it off by beat a much bigger DLH at 154 for his WBC crown.

Yeah after balancing out the two, I'd have to say Cotto is more accomplished.

I think its funny how Judah gets a title shot right after he loses to Baldomir and Mayweather... its funny how Zab was such a serious threat after facing two brutal defeats. He was live, but no threat and was just a ploy to make Cotto's resume look better. When you look further in deapth to it -- Cotto fought two gatekeepers and Floyd still manages to fight champions ... and fight them for their titles which is alot more difficult than fighting an up and comer for a vacant belt.
