It's a fan friendly fight and HBO would love it-just make sure it's anywhere but NYC.Provo getting no favors here!

Yes, I would like to see a rematch. The first fight was very close and this is Provodnikov's best option if he wants to score some major paydays.

Wouldn't mind a rematch was close fight that could have went either way.

Algieri being the champ though could ask for a bigger ring this time which will help him, Provodnikov will be motivated and looking revenge so will likely be more aggressive.

Why not, it was a fun fight and it would be interesting to see if either guy figured something out about his opponent over the last fight

The guy moves a lot but he throws close to a hundred punches a round so its not as if he isn't in range, and simply running around the ring.

Besides the ring was small that should have helped Provodnikov cut the ring off and gave Algieri less opportunity to move around him.

I'd rather see the rematch than Algieri against Pacquiao, that'd just be embarrassing.

Fukk yea they need to do it. Ring magazine, espn, and the majority (but not all, of course) of ringside press gave the fight to ruslan. Not saying provodnikov was robbed, just that if it's a fight that's that close that scores are all over the place...I think it calls for immediate rematch.

I thought Algieri won, but I think a rematch is definately fair. Algieri wins a UD in the rematch.

No need for a rematch, Algeri was the better boxer. You can't not score points for a guy because he doesn't have power, it's unfair. Provo landed the more effective shots but they were so few and far between, not enough to undo the boxing lesson he received.

It was a fun, engrossing fight to watch; and I think a rematch would be just as enjoyable. So, sure...why not?

    i dont care.

i wan provo against rios, maidana, mathycssee or some other who wont be scared.

provo isnt about winning or losing.

he wants the big, exciting fights, win or loss.

fighting guys like that doesnt add to his value and i agree with him.
