Sanchez has said recently he plans to become a more attack minded fighter. Bad move imo.

But everyone gets used to boxers finishing every combination with a grab and hold, waiting for the ref to break them.

Every fighter (no matter how slick they are) would get hit A LOT more if they weren't allowed to constantly grab every time someone starts throwing shots.

We're so used to it (clinching), though, when we see two guys who don't grab fight each other, it looks peculiar.

But a lot more punches certainly land when they don't clinch.

If you think Kownacki and Demrezen wasn't subpar , you and I will hugely disagree on this.
