    Can anybody remember the saturday morning cartoon about muhamad ali? as i recall it was in the late 70's on cbs.. maybe?

    Yes I remember it ! Muhammad himself provided his own voice. It featured him in all sorts of adventures.

    Watching the introduction, I was just waiting for the first laser beam. Sports personality? Saturday morning cartoon? There MUST be lasers. See Hulk Hogan's Rock & Wrestling show for another example of this rule.
