I just read this cat was suspended by NSAC for using a banned diuretic....He tested positive for it after the guzman fight...:patsch

now here i go feeling bad for the guy for having to make that weight and guzman saying **** it and coming in 15lbs or whatever over weight....and this guy cant even make the weight naturally any way....

I knew there was something weird about a 6'1 lightweight....

    man mua****as be cheatin!!!

Test all these fools for everything

Suspended for what? In my book Funeka just did every thing he could to make weight so the fight could take place! Rather than disaappoint fans and not have a fight happen, ala Jose Castillo.

Great. Guzman doesn't try to make the weight and Funeka cheated to do so. Don't know who to be more disappointed in.

Honestly i feel that the Diuretics are a lesser offense then coming in 7 Pounds over weight.

He deserves the suspension. This turd probably got away with something in the first fight. He knew he had to cheat to hang with Joan.

I think dieuretics are more common than people would like to believe. i ve heard of boxers taking dieuretics to lose liquied before the weigh in , and then doing an enema to empty their stomachs, and THEN going to the steam room. by the time theyre done- theyre 15-20 pounds under what they are normally and ready to collapse. its pretty sickening. i think they should revert to same day weigh ins- and everybody just goes up a weight class together- so that everybody is healthy - and nobody is starving themselves for an advantage.

whats the point of 2 guys killing themselves to make 135- when they both weigh 150 naturally anyway. why dont they just both come in at their natural weight- which is the same regardless- and then we have a better fight, the fighters are healthier and there is no under the table bull**** cos everything is healthy. can we even make this happen or is everyone that dishonest.

Nice try, Ali. But you've even been screwed out of your scandal. Guzman scandal TKO10 Funeka scandal, Valero scandal KO1 Funeka scandal. This Funeka kid can't catch a break no matter what he's trying.

  13. The urine test worked, therefore Mayweather ducked Pacquiao.

Guzman shows up 10 pounds over in the rematch but you attack Funeka.

I don't think this warrants a suspension. I didn't even know that fighter could be suspended for diuretics. I think this is something where a warning and fine could administered first, and if it happened again, then a suspension should be passed down.
