I just received this as a gift. It has a foreword by Dundee and comes with a DVD documentary hosted by Bert Sugar. It's fairly recent (published in 2008...) and a search for the author's name shows that it hasn't been discussed on here. I'll let everyone know how the book is, and the documentary as well.
