Barely recognisable, it's possible you could walk past this version of Ali in the street and not know it was him.

Honestly I'm surprised he's still alive. A testament to what a fighter he is.

Chill out he is enjoying himself..

coming for the olympics... thats a major event...

**** if I was stuck in a wheelchair wheel me around all day plz.

The family don't want people to feel sorry for him...

That's just how people react to a frail guy in a wheelchair.

Old people tend to do better and live longer if they got a reason to get up outta bed or something to look forward to..

That is just age man.. no one can beat that.. He for sure doesn't have more then 2 years left

I think Naseem Hamed said the same in this interview - They need to stop taking him from place to place, and let him relax at home.

Completely agree with all of the above. It's good to see him still out and about though I suppose. I hope these events are things that Muhammad WANTS to do, I cant imagine him being a man that would be dictated to about where he does and doesnt go.

An incredible man and an inspiration to all!!

Hey if Ali wants to go out to events, then they should wheel his ass there, no questions asked. It becomes a quality of life issue at that point, and his wishes should be respected as far as either relaxing or still being an active part of the world. We shouldn't assume going out and being seen isn't what Ali wants just because we feel bad looking at him in that state.

Wherever he goes, he'll still get a standing ovation or a line of people wanting to shake his hand. That's probably a good part of what keeps him going.
