Yeah, that's why Liston's corner put liniment on his gloves so he could blind Clay for a couple of rounds before he threw the fight. The second fight, I'm not so sure about but Liston got his butt kicked in the first fight.

First fight was legit, so was second, I think after that knockdown Liston could have got up but didn't, he knew he could not win and will his will was broken

im an Ali fan from way back when he was Cassius Clay..... and i watch those Norton fights, and still wonder how he won fights I thought he clearly lost:think

 

That link proves absolutely nothing. Even if both fights were dubious, look at the photo of Ali in the 2nd fight, it's there right in front of you. Ali is gesturing for Liston to get up so he's clearly not in on anything.
