But consider this White Bomber, Muhammad Ali was never a murderous puncher like Mike Tyson. Ali stopped Jerry Quarry on Oct 26 1970, TKO 3. Then Ali stopped Oscar Bonavena on Dec 7 1970, TKO 15, Ali did struggle against Bonavena. Tyson just blasted out his opponents rather easily, Ali could not, not even in his peak years, 1964-1967.

 

Sometimes fight fans are enamored by sheer power, some fans appreciate great boxing skills, politics of fighters actions should not play a role in rating all time greats. Different strokes for different folks.

 

And that's why I love Hagler and Tyson, and hate the running cowardly ***** Leonard.
