I was watching "Thrilla in Manila" doco last night and Larry Holmes said that Ali was overrated as a fighter and that he punched like a butterfly while it was Frazier who hit like a bee. Your thoughts?
That's just Larry being bitter. "Punched like a butterfly" :huh This content is protected This content is protected
I think I'm getting this. You're saying Holmes had just eaten dinner when being filmed, and it's known he loves having quite a bit of salt on his food (Against his doctor's wishes). The combination of food and a lot of salt puts Holmes into a bitter, envious, tirade (Common knowledge?). This lasts about 45 minutes. By the time the crew left Larry was at his jolly, honorable, and truthful self. Shame we only always seem get to see Larry after he's eaten a salty meal? :huh I know I know, leave your complements for those who need them. I know I'm a regular Sherlock Holmes.
Painfully slow. I've been trying to schedule some planning time to work on finishing a video I thought was done... but like an arsehole I only extended it. And then there's just damn laziness. The weekend or next week I should be able to work on them. In the meantime I procrastinate on classic instead of doing HW.
