Ali, Terrell, Liston, & Foreman primes at 215 +/- Lbs.

The above were 1-6 inches shorter than Wilder, but were
    good to great heavies.

Should Wilder at 6'7", go up to 228-230 lb range?

Liston liked the 212 range in many of his fights per Box Rec.

Well in 1958 for example he weighed 212 pounds twice but he weighed 204 and 205 3 times in the same year. It is the problem

Well at least we no longer have to listen to people telling us 214 pound heavyweights can't compete in the modern settings based on weight alone. We may suddenly hear they can't compete athletically or need to be a certain height and over however.

Seems like Big George got worse as he climbed up in the higher weights (except for the Norton fight).

Wilder at the weight he is now seems to be his best . His mobility and speed
is sharper and his conditioning improved. And his recuperative powers
seem to be better and so does his psyche.

I don't really know what Wilder would gain by putting another stone on.
Although he's all over the place, at least he's all over the place with speed.

I think he could and should carry another 10/12 pounds, particularly against A J.

Just because a boxer weighs a certain weight when he wins the title doesn't equate that weight to being his prime weight. Foreman weighed as low as 212 because fighters back then tried to be in great shape. Foreman was listed at 230 pounds a teenager. Foreman should of always weighed that amount. Wilder weighed as much as 228 I believe. But will lose weight to get lower some times.

Wilder usually does fight at that weight he cut weight for this because he was on a VADA steroid test program according to a youtube channel called precise puncher!
