I just watch all 4 rounds of this so called Ali comeing back from a knockdown and koing Banks. Dont belive the lies. The first round, Banks drops Ali, and wins the round. Round 2 has Ali droping Banks and out pointed Banks. Round 3 is a big round for Ali as he hurts Banks and has him staggering around the ring as a drunk. If the fight should have been stop it should have been this round. Round 4. Banks starts out ok, Ali lands a good jab and Banks staggers a bit, but the ref rushs in and stops the fight. Geez. Fraizer was staggering MORE than Banks did in Ali Fraizer 2 and 3. And did the ref stop that fight?? Hell no. I felt Ali would have won any way. But the stoppage was 2 early. Who knows maybe Banks would have drop Ali again?
Yeah, I definetely would have stopped it in the 3rd, but the fourth was pre-mature, I think it was a cut, though.
Blinders on again. Explaine that first round please?? If Ali was never in danger of loseing, why was he knockdown?
Yeah, right. If he was hurt, then how come right away it was business as usual? Clay went back to punching and moving like before. He didn't try to hold on or anything that would how he was hurt. He was off-balance, but not hurt.:good
:tired I know, the KD of Ali was with good intent, because he wanted to give the public a good and exciting performance, and not a serious and one-sided beating he could have give Banks...
Because most great fighters go right back to business after getting knockdown. Dempsey did it vs Firpo, and Robinson did it vs Fullmer when knockout of the ring. Both cases they were hurt, both cases they went back to business as normally.
Dempsey was just ducking and weaving against the ropes, he wasn't trying to blast Firpo like he was doing before. You could tell he was hurt. Dempsey for the rest of the first round was doing nothing but trying to survive. I haven't seen the other fight so I can't comment on that.
