Ali vs Frazier - THRILLA IN MANILA 37 YEARS AGO TODAY!

The best HW fight of all time.... maybe not as big as the FOTC but a little bit better IMO.

Ali & Frazier gave us the 2 best fights in HW history in their 1st & 3rd fights, the thrilla was the best though, superb fight.

 

The fight gets better as it goes along but even at that the first 4 rounds were good as well so I`m struggling to think what fight you were watching thinking it was Ali-Frazier 3.

Ps. I see you have Gatti-Ward in your avater so I`m assuming you have seen their great first fight but with your attitude towards fights I`m struggling to see how you made it to that great round 9 considering the first half of the fight was more or less Gatti outboxing Ward with not much toe to toe action.

A little bit of patience is necessary sometimes, good things come to those who wait.

 

Lyle vs foreman was a much cooler fight.
2 guys trading shots with each other, first foreman down, then Lyle down then foreman down again, then Lyle knocked out.
The second KD on foreman was beautiful, and foreman his KO was really good too.

Both guys skills & reflexes had declined just enough to give us a great fight.
