    Listen son the greatest fighters on earth are the irish and the blacks ali was both and I've yet to see better reflexes, punch precision and fighting spirit in a heavyweight

    You talk about fury let me tell you something fury is emulating ali with his boxing style and attitude towards society and is obsessed with being as great as ali was forget the rubbish he says infront of the cameras I know for a fact his life goal is to be somewhere near as great as muhammad Ali and I wish him well

    But you need to show respect upon this day as a great man has died it's very bad karma to disrespect the dead and even if your not trolling and genuinely believe floyd to be a better boxer now is not the time to be voicing that opinion

    This man meant more to me than people will ever know... I thought that when Michael Jackson died that, that was sad... We lost a piece of boxing. Heart, brashness, desire, passion, will, speed, defense, etc etc...

    Regardless of what you say about Floyd Mayweather...he was a fan of the man. We all were.

    We all were fans of Ali. Floyd thinks that he was the greatest. He has that right to think that way, but he was a fan of Ali. We all were. He is no different than any of us on this topic, and I don't want to make this out to be a "Floyd didn't like Ali" thread. Ali was a hero to our generation. Floyd is a part of our generation, and even if he didn't respect Ali, you might be talking about 1 person out of maybe 5 billion lol... Not everyone loved Ali and many have what they think is evidence of him hating white people. People evolve and people change, but he never hated the young white people of his time. He wanted to let those young white kids know that this is how some of your parents and moreso your grandparents think about black folk, and that thinking has to change. He was reaching a generation, he influenced a generation, and white people my age started to realize that Ali didn't truly hate anyone but the systems way of thinking.
