I appreciate a good "devil's advocate" argument to make people sharpen, examine and defend their points. However, his **** is so ludicrous. It really subtracts from the dialogue. If he wants to give his stance any credence (even as an instigator) he needs to craft his opinions based on reasonable observation. I suspect that is beyond his intellectual capacity.

Tommo has done a good job of discrediting himself, he has posted his non sense about clitschko brothers all over the website, bad mouthed ali and all the old timers and now says oliver mccall and every clown can beat joe louis usually ranked as the 1-3rd best boxer. I do not particularly like Louis' style of boxing but I'd be hallucinating to place him anywhere out the top 5. Boxing was very international at the times he fought he beat more HOF than all but 2 other HW and none of those HW are modern era guys.

There was a cool ring article about a year back Wlad vs the legends good read. Louis KO7 Wlad, Liston KO 6 Wlad, Tyson decision, Frazier decision over Wlad, Wlad decision over Rocky, Lewis KO 10, Foreman KO 10, Ali decision. Wlad KO patterson 5. Holmes decision over Wlad. The Tyson win by decision is interesting I believe he would KO him. Foreman KO 2 in my opinion. Frazier KO 13 imo, Lewis earlier than 10.
Yes Wlad is technical, and has a tight defense but he has flaws technically and mentally.
Someone with an iron chin, ice in their veins, and a left hook can beat him. Im from the US, and I loved what Brewster said after his win Something like "My chin didn't win me the fight, my heart did, I showed this guy that Americans don't lay down and give up youre gonna have to kill me to win" yes Brewster got dominated in the rematch but the point is heart can conquer power, speed, technique etc. If youre over 200 pounds youre gonna have a good punch. I can't think of anyone with a bigger heart than Ali. He was so much more than a great fighter. Ali's power is underrated I would say a 7/10
    whereas Wlad 9/10

That RING article was excellent, objective and had Wlad fairing quite poorly against most of the big names of the past as you have pointed out above.

Why do you think Bolt can run 9.58? Do you think it is his 'natural' talent that gets him there. Wake up! 'Modern training methods' equate to drug taking programmes designed to give athletes an unnatural advantage.

You could transport Ali into any era and using the same training technologies as his opponents he would have been dominant. Wlad has never fought a talent anything like Ali and never will.

    Sure thing, Tommo.

We don't even know how Tyson would have done against Frazier.

You'd be better off sticking to the known, as in:

If Frazier can beat Ali, imagine what Foreman would do to him.

Then again, that doesn't really strengthen your case either, does it ?

    You're back.

What happened to your former self ? Get banned ?

Anyway, nice to learn you're still alive and trolling.

    As you were.

I can see why they put decision.
Most likely Wlad goes into panic mode ala Smith and Tucker, using his size and clinch skills hed probably hug his way to a decision loss.

Thats if he doesnt get KTFO.

If we do the same thing with Larry Holmes or Lennox Lewis, we end up with Wladmir Klitschko?

You forgot Jerry Quarry. If you rate Lyle you must rate Quarry who outpointed him and hurt him several times? Then you must rate Frazier who beat Quarry. You either rate all of them or none of them.

HAYE ISN'T FASTER OR MORE POWERFUL. Haye lets a poorly toe stop him fighting aggressively against Vlad. As Fury said, he ****ing swallowed it! How is Haye more skilled than Lewis? All he does is wing looping shots!
