    But a very light 250 lb. The kind of 250 lb that doesn't impair your speed in any way, but only makes you better in fantasy versus threads.

    I remember Ken Norton saying hitting Ali in the body or on the arms was like hitting a slab of cement.

    The man was solid in his leaner/younger years.

    Let’s not forget he lost three years of his prime standing up for what he believed.

    In Ali's case it would have made him even faster. All that 'fast twitch muscle'. You probably wouldn't even see him move.

    Look at the sparring partner's bicep vein and even his forearms, another example is post prison Tyson and his crazy shoulder veins

    You don't get vascular like that from body weight exercises, when all I did was body weight calisthenics and heavy bag compared to a weight routine there is a huge difference
