What the **** are you talking about you imbecile. Who said I know it all you ****ing idiot, I googled PKA and found a shitty looking gym. I said PKA, if it is the gym I found when I googled. Perhaps you lack the reading comprehension to understand simple english.

I have no ****ing clue who Brad Hamton and why the **** should I?

I can't even read what you've said about Vitali because you are so much of spastic that you can't even write properly. Saying someone lacks brains is a bit rich when you can't even string together a coherant sentence.

Vitali was a European Amateur champion and got beat by Pele Reid. He then turned pro a few years later and won a belt that doesn't mean much in the world of Kickboxing. There is almost no information on what belt/s he won just that he was a 'champion' which would tell me that it wasn't particualry important.

He might have been an okay kickboxer but he never fought against the worlds best competition at the highest level which would be K-1 or Its Showtime.

Bitchko is a stupid cocksucker. I have schooled this clown before on Vk's kickboxing accomplishments and I'll do it again.

VK fought in the Euro amateur circuit under PKA (Professional Kickboxing Association) rules which had its hey day in the early 70's to mid 80's. PKA fighting is long pants, booties, with all kicks above the waist, no knees, no elbows and no grappling. Basically boxing with tae bo kicks. Anyone who was anyone left this crap behind in the late 80's and took up Muay Thai or Kyokushin if they were any good.

The "Brad Hamton" that Bitchko speaks is actually "Bad" Brad Hefton - an American PKA fighter who was good for his time and his rules. If you are going to mention him at least get his name right you ****in idiot Bitchko.

Early famous US and Europoean PKA competitors include Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris, Yoel Judah (father of Zab), Troy Dorsey, Benny and Blinky Urquidez, Jean Yves Theirault, Bill Wallace and Jean Claude Van Damme.

VK's kickboxing accomplishments are the equivalent of winning a Tae Kwon Do championship.

I thought it was a gym because thats what I found when I googled it. I knew it'd be some terrible 'kickboxing' promotion that Vitali fought in though.

Isn't Bonjasky supposed to be the best kickboxer or something? That guy is F. Botha, he retired to K-1 after boxing.... discuss

It wasn't terrible but ignorant posters like Bitchko think it is the mecca of kickboxing. VK was a 17 year old winning amateur limited rules events. ****ing great if you are his father and great sign of things to come but Don King wasn't scouting the next HW that day.

    Chriskim47,

No Bonjasky is not the best kickboxer or something. Please troll more creatively.

No he is not. What does the or something imply?

Did you miss the bit where Remy beat Botha. Twice. Neither fight was particularly close if I remember correctly.

Usuually those long pants, kicks above the waist type promotions are pretty terrible. It doesn't sound very good.

Bonjasky was the best at that time to be fair.

I've heard people say that Botha deserved the decision against Bonjasky, I haven't watched that GP in years so I can't say, but Botha did do good for a past prime B level boxer against the reigning K-1 GP champ.

In boxing, Vitali would for sure crush him because Overeem's hands are trash with the exception of his left hook (merely decent), his head movement is nonexistant, and he has no Chin, none. In kickboxing I'd give Overeem a bit more chance because he could possibly chop Vitali's legs out before his Glass Jaw was shattered but I'd still favor Vitali because he's kickboxed before and isn't completely ignorant of the weapons Overeem could bring there.

The K-Bros have kickboxed before and so it's not like they would go to K-1 as ignorant of the effects of low kicking as Mercer did. K-1 also doesn't allow extended clinching which means that Overeem would have to do some hellacious work on the inside to break down a 6'7" monster enough to land a knee on his chin in the seconds he would be allowed in the position. So, what you have is Overeem, not much of a kicker, fighting Vitali in what is really a boxing match where kicks are allowed. That's a recipe for glass to shatter.

Now, under Muay Thai rules Overeem might very well be able to protect his fragile mandible long enough to break Vitali down in the clinch but in K-1 where he'd have time to throw one knee to the body before separation, no dice. Vitali probably still busts him up.:hi:

K1 Apples clinching with 1 hand to knee your oponnent. Overeem fights often against 6 4+ guys and a knee to the bodY is also lethal. And Vitalis knees are ****ed up it does only take 1 leg kick and he isnt able to walk for a week. Vitali fought semi contact WO lowkicks and His only ko was in a kickboxing match. Vitalis only chance is a lucky punch
