    I have the film where Ali is sparring Lewis and goes down. He was clowning for the cameras, nothing more. He acted like he was hurt rolling over and stumbling etc but it was all very over dramatic. When he was interviewed afterwards he was acting very stern and serious saying that everyone goes down and hes only human etc but he was clearly acting.

    Gentlemen thank you kindly, I am sure it was Alvin who was the subject of a Ring Magazine article about punching power Circa 1970, where the boxer was taken to the General Moters factory and allowed to left hook a stationary crash test dummy, the reading was "Severe but survivable.." I am sure it was Alvin ( but Memphis Al Jones keeps entering one of my two Brain Cells !!)
