Another one who's followed Groves from the start... hoping he can pull it off against the "international superstar" also.

 

Fine, I believe Groves is all wrong for Carl Froch. Froch isn't hard to hit especially with a right hand, Georges best punch. Groves has very good upper body movement, this allows him to take away Froch's best asset the jab. Groves has a superb jab and throws it with intent to do damage. Groves has proven to me before he can stick to a gameplan.

He is miles better than he was vs Degale, he's improved massively and has developed a real nasty streak when he throws now. He deserves credit for the Degale victory, wouldn't surprise me if Degale ends up beating Bika for the WBC belt anytime soon.

The question mark is as allways with Groves is his chin and Froch is very good at walking people down, I do feel Groves has more than enough power to keep Froch recklessly marauding in like he did vs Bute. Time will tell but I have a feeling Groves has more power than anyone Froch has faced.

 

There seems to be a lot of Froch haters on here, i don't understand it. He is very entertaining in and outside of the ring and fights the best fighters never ducking an opponent.

Froch deserves better than this but i guess it will make the beating he puts on Groves even more enjoyable.

 

Everyone seems so polarised between the two. I'm actually a fan of both, who ever losses, I want both Brits to have success in the future.

 

I have zero hatred towards Groves, just calling it how i see it, and that is that Froch will win easily and in brutal fashion.thumbsup

 

Maybe your right, but I'd like to see Groves do well and and if not this time, get another title shot. On the flip side, Groves sticking to the right game plan, using the ring and not getting caught up in a brawl, nicking rounds I don't see that as impossible. Might just be a Froch KO but I wouldn't bank on it

 

Game plans won't help him, he won't stop Froch from walking him down, getting him to the ropes and putting the pain on him and Bute'ing him:rofl, just put 50 quid on Froch.

it was 8/13 so that is about 80 quid back i think, also got 7/4( about 85 pound back) on the fight to end in the first 6 rounds. Not great really but I've seen worse.

 

I hate Froch because everytime I load a youtube video on my phone I get the piano music followed by "I've earned my World Titles............"
