All Aboard The "Crush him, Barrera!" express!

I'm sorry, but there is no way I can feel happy about Khan winning this fight. Even if I didn't hate Khan (which I do. I really, really do), seeing a legend get dismantled by an up-and-coming fighter just isn't very nice to see.

I've seen so many of Barrera's fights down the years. I remember him during his WBO reign when he was crushing our fighters, and I remember thinking what a spectacular talent he was, and how much I loved watching him. I remember the wonderful fights he had with Kennedy McKinney, and Daniel Jimenez (apparently, according to Boxrec, Barrera first announced he was retiring after that fight - it was in 1995!).

Everyone knows the great wars he had with Erik Morales, and the schooling he gave The Prince happy:happy:happy). He has fought so many great fighters, and had so many great performances. It's not fair that someone as much of a prat as Khan will crush him tonight. I pray for one last great performance from the old hero.

Abso-****ing-lutely. Nothing against Amir, but MAB is my favourite fighter ever. Just want to see him knock out some more mofos, before he calls it a day.

 

I'm not being hateful towards Khan but I hope Barrera TKO's him and win me some money.

Barrera is my all time favourite, him and a certain Mr Tyson are the reasons I am such a massive fan of the noble art.

I'm hoping for a vintage display from Barrera...but I'm very nervous - I'll be a wreck watching this one!
