To be fair, MAB was a legend killer too when he beat Tapia.

It's a sad part of boxing, but most legends will get taken down by a lesser opponent at one stage.

MAB was laready a legend when he beat Tapia, a fighter who on his best day was not in Barreras class.

Is what he said, implying Barrera was a lesser fighter than Tapia

Yes, he implied that Barrera was simply taking advantage of a washed up legend.

Yes Tapia is a legend, however, Barrera was widely regarded as a top 3 pound for pound fighter on the planet at the time of facing Tapia.

The victory did in no way enhance Barrera status. If anything Barrera was giving his friend one last big pay day.

Barrera would always of out-classed Tapia, as good as Tapia was he wasn't an all time top 50 like Barrera is.

Comparing Khan-Barrera to Tapia-Barrera is way off the mark.

I do like Barrera....but what took a bit of his shine away and what made me favour Morales was ....Barrera's dirty tactics especially when losing.....

Too many examples to point out....but needless to say MAB still a legend.
