All be it his Pro record is somewhat lacking thus far the guys he has fought have proved durable at world level and he has stopped them quite impressively. Im not one to jump on bandwagons but this guy is a breath of fresh air for boxing, as Mike Tyson once said we need a guy who is knocking everyone out from welterweight to heavyweight (or something along those lines) and Golovkin will fight anyone from Pound for Pound 1 Floyd Mayweather to top Supermiddleweight Andre Ward Roll on the Golovkin express :happy
There is already an express you nuthugger go find it. Froch resume is better then his pro and ama record combined.
:rofl not a nut hugger by any means, just a fan of the guy. Ive said before the only people i see beating him are Ward, Kessler, Froch or Martinez. But nice to see your willing to contribute to every Golovkin thread
Nope you are a nuthugger. You can tell because you can only see a little past the ball sack thats in your eyes.
Great power. Those are some ridiculously heavy hands. Looks vicious when he unloads. But that's the only thing that impresses me about him. Awkward style/technique. Not easy on the eye. Poor footwork, too. Looks a bit messy. If the 160 division was a decent one, he'd be nothing more than just a puncher. Not a train I'll be boardin just yet, I don't think.
the guy has arms like George Foreman and digs left hooks to the body like a Mexican. What's not to like? I agree we should not be putting him in the Hall of Fame yet, but he is a legit top notch guy. Would love to see him in there with any of the MW big names. Hey, a rematch with Bute in Quebec would be a huge moneymaker for both guys.
Why? because he's a proven hard hitter and the only way I see him beaten is if someone takes advantage of his lack of defence and isnt stupid enough to trade with him like Proksa was? so much hate brother, chill your beans
I dont see Bute-Golovkin happening tbh Bute will more than likely pick up a points win over Grachev then go onto lose again to Froch (this time not as sudden, maybe 7 or 8 rounds) then hell either have to think about retiring or climb slowly back up the ladder at 168 Meanwhile Golovkin will be busy with people higher up on the food chain at 160 such as : Chavez Martinez Geale Pirog etc. Honestly if GGG was to move to 168 Arthur Abraham would be more appealing seeming as he hasnt been stopped yet and has the WBO strap
