Says a lot about how blinkered the forum when 50% think Usyk will unify all HW titles. You cant make up this stupidity IB prolly gets his family and friends to viote lmao!!

Usyk will rise fast towards the belts because he actually wants to make meaningful fights and doesn't turn every negotiation into an endless saga.

If he get's beaten, most likely he will be back knocking on the door again, soon thereafter.

You never *specified* what belts so I'm going to go with the one 1 belt option. What belt will that be, you may be asking... why the World Boxing Foundation's of course (WBF) as it is currently vacant.

Uhm, are you saying the size difference between Joshua and Usyk won’t be obvious? Have you not seen Joshua dwarf the likes of Parker and Whyte?

Also, you claim others are casuals, and then blatantly rewrite history lmao. Nobody cared Michael Grant was huge? His nickname was literally “Big” because he was 6’7 and looked like Hercules. But nobody cared? Like no one cared when he faced Lewis, another giant, and the fight was billed “TWO BIG - 13 feet and 500 lbs pounds of fight!”.

Anthony Joshua is not 6'5, that is where you are mistaken.

He is 6 ft 6 and half or 199CM.

And he is 245 pounds of pure muscle, very low bodyfat, he is 265 off season.

Usyk at most is 205 pounds at the same body fat.... 40 pounds of PURE muscle is a GIGANTIC difference in size because all that muscle actually does something, not dead weight. It consumes more oxygen but Joshua is already well conditioned.

All those fat, lumpen, talent-free heavyweights who hover in and around the top echelons of the division had better hope a few extra inches and pounds count way more than boxing ability.

Nobody here is saying Usyk can't beat ranked heavyweights, just that he ain't beating the big ones with some talent/experience on them.

Ergo, AJ, Fury, Whyte, Wilder, are too much for Usyk,

The rest of the top ten are hard work, hell I would like to see Usyk rematch Joyce, or what about fighting someone like Izu?? Let's see what this kid has really got at heavyweight.

To be honest, when I wrote that, I had Whyte in mind....

Whyte doesn't have the conditioning of a 154 pounder, or Pac Man, or Amir Khan but he can hardly be considered fat compared to the rest of the heavyweight division. He is a far cry from AJ, but he has got a toned frame and was in shape for his last bout at 247 and 14% per cent body fat?

Whyte ain't fat, he ain't ripped either, still would give Usyk the hardest fight of his life.

He'll have to raise his game, though. He was behind on points against Chisora before landing the money punch. I think if Del Boy can be ahead on points after 10 rounds, Uysk certainly can. Whyte is game, but limited, as is Miller for example. Being a fan of boxing, I always hope skill triumphs.....

I understand that you always want skill to triumph, that is admirable. Like many comic book fans of Batman.

But Whyte said it himself, he would never try to box Usyk, he would beat him up. Now Usyk can dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge as much as he wants but he will get caught.

When he does gets caught he will be in a world of pain. Be it by left hook, a body punch, a cross.

I would love to see Usyk climb the ladder, let's all support his debut, and see where he ends up.

    Cheers,

From a tactical standpoint I don't see how he beats AJ tbh. Usyk doesn't have the power to deter AJ from walking him down and outboxing an opponent with a considerable size advantage and good skills too would be very difficult.

I also don't see him outboxing Fury either, might be a close fight but the height and reach disadvantage would be significant.

Wilder is Usyk's best bet but then again at some point Wilder will land that right flush.
