Wow. I'm really taken with how intelligent, articulate, charismatic and boxing-savvy Thurman is.

He actually did homework on Bundu, and clearly does KSAB and knows how to break down and explain it ****ytically.

And wow, I missed the presser(s) for that card but :lol::lol: @ him standing at the podium and utterly clowning Amir Khan by saying he really wanted to be fighting him right now but "understands we couldn't make that happen :conf" - with Khan suddenly looking like he'd rather be anywhere else.

He is winning me over, more and more every time I hear One Time speak.

He does have star potential, between his talent and personality.

He is very full of himself though, I'm not digging the third person stuff

I think he's realistic about himself though. I've not really heard any fanciful stuff from him, like "I'd knock out prime SRL in a time machine" - in fact he never has come out and said he could even definitely beat current aging Mayweather.

He projects a smooth confidence, IMO, not false juvenile bravado. (like a, say, Adrien Broner)

Yeah I agree he's not that bad yet , but he should keep it in check, a few big wins it might go to his head

I was sold on Thurman a while ago. Really seems to actually study his opponents, the fight game, and how to handle himself in front of the cameras

He only brought on himself. In all his interviews, he is always like "It's one time everytime" "KOs for life" "Don't blink", building up expectations, and he ends up making the fight into a snorefest

I dont like him. Speems like a phony.
I actaully detest Khan but i love watching him in the ring. I guess the same goes for Thurman.

I would love too see a full clip of a Fighter meeting. Would make a great BTC special especially with fighterś breaking opponents down like Thurman did.

Thurmans attitude combined with his ability has made him one of my current favorite fighters in boxing today. I really hope he gets his shot in 2015

But... thurman is promoted by golden boy....

    I dont get it.

I did see some interview with Thurman in which he says he thinks he can beat him. Then the reporter says "Its one thing you think you can beat him its another thing you know you can beat him, which one is it?" or something along those lines.

Thurman response was its 50/50. Thurman is believes in himself. But he is smart and realistic as well.
